How does BodyTalk work?

BodyTalk uses yes/no muscle testing alongside the BodyTalk System Protocol as a roadmap to identify opportunities within the client for balancing, to allow them to experience something greater. If we think of our own individual stories; experiences, thoughts, choices, belief systems and perspectives, generational patterns, stressors, emotions etc and understand that each of these filter in to how we experience life. If we are holding things that are disrupting our balance, or the way our bodymind communicates with itself e.g. unresolved trauma, stored emotions, limiting and rigid belief systems we have laid down, views and perspectives on challenges we are facing, things within our life and environment that a causing a stress response; pain, symptom, disease or illness we may be experiencing; memories that have huge emotional charge associated with them that disrupt the way we live our life. These all have the potential to disrupt the balance of how our bodymind optimally functions.

The Bodytalk system helps us to access these opportunities for balancing and then assist the clients bodymind to bring them back into alignment through the use of a range of non-invasive tapping techniques, hand positions and breathing.
